Return & Store Policy
Thank you for shopping with Excellent Photo! We hope that you'll be delighted with your purchase. In the event that you're not satisfied with your item(s), you may return your order* for a full refund within 14 days of receipt** Please note that clearance items are eligible for a store credit only.
*All Items must be returned in original packaging with all parts included in original brand new condition without any defects and visible damages. items with torn packaging that can not be resealed CAN NOT be returned. You Must have Original receipt of purchase for returns made at our store.
**In order to receive a full refund on returned items within the 14 days, all returns will be subject to inspection by Excellent photo for a return approval. If it does not meet our conditions the refund can be refused or in some cases a restocking fee will be charged.
Total will be refunded by original payment method.

We make returns easy!
Customers must have an account to create a return shipment. If they place orders as guests, they will have to register with the same e-mail address to convert their guest account into a customer account.
These steps explain how to create a return:
- Log in to your account
- Your recent orders will be displayed. Click "View" for the order you want to create a return for.
- Click Return items at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment.
- Choose the products to return and the quantity.
- Give a return reason. Customers can choose a reason and an action or create their own, and then send the return request.
Follow the above instructions in order to activate your return request, please contact us if you are having difficulty generating your request.
